Liz Churton
Liz Churton is an accomplished landscape artist, printmaker and animator inspired by music, poetry and the British landscape and working mostly in oils, acrylic and mixed media to create paintings that show an accomplished mark making style and that convey a sense of being within the landscape.
Liz has toured Britain extensively, absorbing and sketching the landscape and discovering Elgar’s Malvern Hills, Tolkien’s imaginary Middle England and explored places noted by Paul Nash, among other artists.
